Who we are
Shahab Technology Services (SSM 003811502-A), a division of Shahab Gemilang Sdn. Bhd., is at No 22, Lorong Halaman Indah 2, Taman Halaman Indah, 14200 Sungai Jawi, Pulau Pinang. We handle personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- What you send through our contact form: name, email, phone, company and your message.
- Account details if you sign in to our client console: name, email and sign-in records.
- Basic technical records our servers keep for security, such as IP addresses, for a short time.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, provide the services you sign up for, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages: 12 months, then deleted. Client accounts: while the account is active, and as the law requires afterwards.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run our services, such as our hosting and email providers, and only to do that job. We don't use third-party tracking on this site.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing frontdesk@shahabtech.my. We reply within 21 days.
